Music has always been a big part of my life. I started playing bass guitar at 13 and haven’t stopped making music since. Once I got into film school at Chapman and realized many of my peers needed someone to score their shorts, and I know I could be that guy! Fast forward to now, with a minor in music technology, 10 shorts and a feature under my belt, I want to make composing a full time gig. The summer is almost over and thirteen-year-olds Anna and Sloane are ready to grow up – or at least Anna is. A cross-county scooter trip to the beach proves to be harder than expected when an encounter with some older kids derails their plans and reveals the different thoughts the girls have about growing up.
